In the nearby 27th Congressional District race for the Chris Collins house seat, which includes Livingston County, State Senator Chris Jacobs is ahead and declared victory, but Democrat Nate McMurray has not conceded as of yet.
Joe Biden won statewide and got 64 percent of the vote in Steuben County. In Allegany county, Biden got 57 percent, in Livingston county, Biden won, getting 66 percent of the vote.
