From Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen:
The Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Delana Elliott, age 28, of Campbell St, Bath, and Steven Farrell, age 36, of W. Morris St., Bath, on 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, class B felonies. The charges are the result of a New York State Parole search that found a large quantity of crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl with intent to sell.
Parole warrants were issued and both were taken to the Steuben County Jail without bail on those warrants.
