HORNELL, NY – “In the over inflated State Budget passed last week, the Governor and the Legislature once again ignored the needs of cities and villages by not including any increase to AIM funding despite a staggering and record setting 220 billion dollar budget. While 600 million tax payer dollars are given away to the Buffalo Bills and millions more are spent on frivolous programs, municipalities like Hornell are left behind once again. New year, same old Albany.”
