CANISTEO, NY – From Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon:
The Canisteo Village Police Department arrested John D. Kinne (Age 25) of 40 East Main Street in Canisteo for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting arrest and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. This incident stemmed from a Domestic Altercation at the residence. Kinne then created a physical altercation by kicking the officers on scene. No injuries were reported. Kinne was arraigned in Canisteo Village Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash/$1,000.00 property.
