The Yates County Sheriffs Dept. reports that a 38 year old Dundee woman was charged with following too closely on Sunday afternoon in the 2:00 hour. That’s after she allegedly rear ended a horse and buggy in the town of Barrington. Officials say three people on the buggy were ejected and seriously injured. The three were taken to Strong memorial hospital. The driver of the car and her passenger were not injured.
The investigation continues.
