DANSVILLE, NY – Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty says Ann Rauber, 41, of Dansville is accused of using her job of being an in-home aid, to steal from a 91 year old victim.
The sheriff reports that Rauber is accused of forging a check for $2,000, and is alleged to have made online purchases of over $800, using the victim’s bank account and routing number.
Rauber was remanded to Livingston County Jail, $5,000 bail.
