HORNELL, NY – The City of Hornell has submitted a multi million dollar Federal funding request for the reconstruction of Crosby Street which would include new water lines, drainage improvements, curbing and a new surface.
In addition to the application, Mayor John Buckley says he is also closely monitoring the Federal Infrastructure Bill being worked on in Congress for funding opportunities and that one way or the other, Crosby Street will be addressed.
