HORNELL, NY – IDA Director Jim Griffin announced that included in this year budget is a maintenance fee to the city of Hornell for taking care of some 60 properties owned by the IDA. “It will be a lump sum contract for $50,000 a year,” said Griffin, “It will include snow removal, mowing, and taking down trees, among other things.” All present were in agreement that this is money well spent.
