Paul Van Caeseele is announcing his candidacy for Steuben County Legislator. He realizes that this position may be fairly unfamiliar to much of the public, but as it is a position that represents the people, he believes it shouldn’t be. That’s why when he’s elected he’ll be focusing on heightened visibility and communication, a stronger voice from a citizen of full-time residency, and increased collaboration with city officials and projects. He wants the citizens of Hornell to feel comfortable knowing that the person they put in office is passionate about making their tax dollars work for them, in their city, and as efficiently as possible.”
