ROCHESTER, NY The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle is trying to get the FBI to release their files on the late Assemblyman Bill Nojay, and the D&C is not alone in this effort.
Rochester area attorney Christopher Thomas filed a motion to get the information from the FBI made public.
Nojay was being investigated by the FBI, for alleged fraud.
