State Attorney General Leticia James, has cleared an Auburn City Police Officer, of any wrong doing, in the shooting and killing of a woman named Brandy Baida, back in September of 2021.
The AG’s report says, Brandy Baida was pointing a loaded gun out a window and firing it at the time that Baida was killed, by police who fired back.
