FROM ALDERMAN KEVIN VALENTINE: “Serving as the 7th Ward Alderman since 2020 has been an honor, and I am seeking re-election to continue representing the residents of the 7th Ward. Over the past five years, I’ve worked alongside Mayor Buckley, my fellow Common Council members, and City officials to advocate for our community and support projects that enhance our City.
As a father, it has been rewarding to see improvements in our parks and public spaces, including the completion of Union Square Park and upgrades at Veterans Memorial Park, which have expanded opportunities for youth and outdoor recreation.
Having a career in public safety, I’m proud of supporting investments in police, fire, and DPW vehicles so our departments can maintain the high level of service our residents rely on.
“More than anything, I take pride in being an active member of this community—helping residents navigate City services, address concerns, and keep Hornell a great place to live, work, and raise a family. I would be honored to have your support and vote this November.”
